Web adalah medium elit. Tidak ramai yang punya capaian terhadapnya. Banyak karya yang baik terkurung dalam server hanya untuk tontonan elit. Projek GANGGUAN TEKSUAL bertujuan memperluaskan sebaran penulisan dari web kepada golongan tanpa kemudahan web. Ini merupa projek himpunan catatan terpilih dari pemilik weblog Malaysia dalam medium cetak. Penulis-penulis bertindak sebagai penulis, penyunting, pencetak dan pengedar. Projek ini diusahakan secara kolektivisme.

4. Penulis memilih artikel dari weblog masing-masing lalu disunting.
5. Penulis mencetak artikel mereka sebanyak 100 helai.
6. Penulis mengirim usaha mereka kepada penyusun.
7. Penyusun mengumpul semua artikel untuk dijilid.
8. Naskah GT yang siap dibahagi-bahagikan kepada penulis untuk diedarkan

Bunga Lalang
|
|
|
The blades of lalang and its fluffy flower dancing with the wind really fascinate me. The lalangs are so resilient. They are standing proud everywhere. "I don't care whether you look or not" said the lalang. I wish I could capture the breeze and present it here.
